Service Level Definitions

IT Services is currently working with groups of staff and students in order to form Service Levels for our users.

All users can expect General Service Levels within ITS opening hours. For more details on our policies and targets, please use the links opposite.
Any targets which have "no data" returned are not yet formally monitored or agreed.
